Every product undergoes rigorous quality control before reaching patients — because your health is of utmost importance to us.

Curex Pharmaceuticals quality control laboratory

Quality Assurance

Ensuring compliance with GMP and international manufacturing standards. QA stands as a mediator and regulator between Quality Control and the Production team. It rigorously checks the BMR for discrepancies, monitors performance of quality systems, and sets procedures for implementing current GMP rules in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and quality control.

Performing self-inspections and conducting GMP training
Approving SOPs and managing the SSOPs system
Evaluating pharmaceuticals, technical complaints, and deciding resulting measures
Assuring validation of manufacturing processes and utilities
Supervising change control systems and approving changes
Monitoring batch deviations
Approving major processing and master packaging procedures
Approving or rejecting raw material supplies
Responsible for releasing or rejecting products manufactured in the factory

Quality Control

Comprehensive laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished medicines. Every phase of production is tested, reports are given to the Quality Manager, and logged into the BMR. Production continues to the next phase only after Quality Control assures tests have yielded positive results.

Providing overall direction for operations in the chemical and microbiological laboratory
Taking responsibility for analytical results and the decision to release or reject raw materials
Discussing production failures with the production manager and determining causes and solutions
Procuring all necessary instruments and ensuring they are utilized, maintained, and calibrated correctly

Microbiology

A sub-division of Quality Control, the microbiological department ensures medications do not contain harmful levels of microbes — such as bacteria, yeasts, and moulds. This intense process requires great caution in controlled environments. The department tests the water of equipment used in production and every minute detail that cannot be overlooked.

Environmental monitoring
Complete analysis and microbial tests of raw materials
Designed to detect levels of bacteria and fungi
Monitoring at each particular stage and activity of processing
